yesterday my best friend laura and i went to see the new film australia. i really loved it, despite a few problematic scenes, i thought the film was beautiful and moving (laura and i were crying the whole time) and i can't believe how misleading the trailers are (the film is actually more about the "stolen generations"). anyway, you should really try and see it, i'm not saying it's perfect, but the little boy nullah makes the film.
