i feel like a very bad blogger/crafter lately.
i finally received my mermaid fabric so i can start emilee's quilt (to match her pillow), i also ordered some really pretty heather bailey fabric to attempt a quilt for myself.
this week my goal is to start and finish emilee's quilt and start mine....
this last weekend my best friend laura and i drove up to san francisco to spend time with two of her best friends from high school. it was an amazing time. the drive was easy and the weather was amazing. we went to dolores park (adrielle, who we stayed with, lives in the mission district) saturday and along the way we stopped at different grocery stores buying treats. the park was crowded with "hipsters" and we spent the afternoon soaking up the sun. it was an amazing weekend, though, today i'm exhausted.
